Word is not an email client, and you really need some sort of email
client to send mail.

On other computer I have Outlook Express client. And I can send e-mail
from
Word without rinning Outlook Express. Can I set up Outlook same?

Outlook Express's SMTP transport doesn't require the entire program to be
loaded and running beforehand, since it's so closely integrated into
Windows. Outlook's SMTP transport does require that Outlook be running.
