Select name - email and FAX show up -

I am operating with Outlook 2003 converting from Outlook 2000

In composing an email, if I click on the "TO" box, Select names displays, but not only email addresses, but the fax numbers for my contacts too.

I would prefer to have only the email addresses (any and all email addresses for my contacts), but not the FAX number?

how do I change?

You can do this by putting a letter or a word (like FAX) in front of the
number.

If you've got lots and lots of them in your Contacts folder you might want
to automate it by using the following add-in;
