See Linked Tables in Access 2007

I have been using Access since version 1.1; and I am lost in Access 2007. How
in the world do you view linked tables in the navigation pane? I only see the
local tables.

Newbie. I've been using it since version 1.0 and Cardfile before that. ;-)

I'm having no trouble seeing linked tables, including spreadsheets, using
the Object Type or Tables and Related Views under the Navigate to Category
view.

On the other hand, I have that irritating bouncing around problem with
objects in the column. If you haven't experienced that one, just wait!

I wish that they'd bring back the good old database window.
