Only one ... maybe two

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [PtiuPbmd] Rundll32.exe ptipbm.dll,SetWriteBack
Installed with the miniport drivers for Promise hard drive controllers in both RAID and non-RAID installations. Is undesirable to have running on your computer. Definitely not required ... typically viruses, spyware, adware and resource hogs.
Up to you on that one.

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [Alcmtr] ALCMTR.EXE
Realtek AC97 Audio, Event Monitor. "Sypware" file used surreptitiously to monitor one's actions. It is not a sinister one, like remote control programs, but it is being used by Realtek to gather data about YOU!

I would tell ... O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [SoundMan] SOUNDMAN.EXE ... to stop loading at bootup too ... go to its 'general' tab and untick some box. (I can't remember which one) Not dangerous, but unnecessary.

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [High Definition Audio Property Page Shortcut] HDAudPropShortcut.exe
This program is not required to start automatically as you can run it when you need to.

Um just 1 other thing and now that you've mentioned resource hogs above I am wondering now if this is connected - I'm hearing alot of fan/drive racing when there absolutely should NOT be, As I've been watching the CPU very closely as well as monitering anything running very close and there is NO way its a heat/breathing problem but at times w/the CPU at 0 it sounds as if things are accelerating...?! and not for a second or two ..It most certainly is up to somthing that is Not visible in task manager and I've closed what I can safely get away with in msconfigs, If it's running anti virals it's being very secretive about it...lol

Thanks Muckster:)
