Please help me rid my laptop from all internet spys and bullies!!!

Below are some facts about my laptop just a couple a days ago i restored it back to an out-of-box state trying to clean it up, did a complete memory wipe and upon reboot scanned with norton had several things went to windows live one scanner found like 101 registrys 8 errors i have malwarebytes antimalware,norton 360,currently running superantinspyware and it has detected TROJAN.AGENT/GEN first time i ran it could someone please help!!!!!

Bite the bullet again and do a full clean install. It will be quicker than trying to track down your nasties.

There are better programs out there that are more efficient and use less recources than Norton.
