Security Update Failure for Flash Player

XP keeps telling me it needs to install the "Security Update for
Flash Player (KB923789)."

However, it always says it fails. All I get from AUtomatic Updates is
that "Updates were unable to be successfully installed." All my other
Windows updates are installed OK.

Does anyone know why this might be failing, or how I get past
this problem?
