Security update fails during install

Please help... I have attempted to install update 832483 multiple times and
it always fails but I get a message that the install is complete.
This is the message I receive: Microsoft Security Update MS04-003 (832483)
fails during the installation or the update is re-offered by Windows Update

That happen to me a few weeks ago,wouldnt up date from my online service, went to someone else's house and it updated from there online service..."cable"...not sure why.
