security settings

hey....

i was messing about with security settings for my database... and now
when i try to import a file it comes up with error... saying:

There is no object in this control


anyone ne ides t over come this problem.. am STUCK...

I am not at all sure this has anything to do with security settings but
I suggest you check out

going on.

Access security is a great feature, but it is, by nature a complex product
with a very steep learning curve. Properly used it offers very safe
versatile protection and control. However a simple mistake can easily lock
you out of your database, which might require the paid services of a
professional to help you get back in.

Practice on some copies to make sure you know what you are doing.

You might need to start over from a recent backup.

What security settings were you messing with? OS level? Database? User?
