Security Patch MS03-026, Windows XP

I am desperate in need of help. I have been trying to
install MS03-026 without any success. Iam able to
download the file (1.2M) but when it comes to the second
stage of installing it - nothing happens. I went to the
task mgr and it show's me that I am still hooked up in
the internet. I left my computer running for 10 hours
and when I came back it didn't even given me a single
bar of installation progress.
I also cannot enable the firewall in the properties for
dial-up.
Will most appreciate any suggestions and help through
either posting or emailing me direct

Save to Desktop or floppy.
Reboot.
Disable any unnecessary applications including antivirus before
installing.
You do not need to be connected to the internet to install this
application.
Simply double click and follow the prompts.

Thanking you a lot for your kind help. I was able to
download and install it fairly quickly. Your the guru.

On a separate question, how can I download all the other
files, (22 of them to be exact) without taking to much
time. I do not have high speed internet at this stage?

Download and burn to CD on another computer for use on any computer:
