Security Log is Full

When I try to log on a "Limited User Account" I get the message that the
security log is full and only the Administrator can fix. How do I (as
Administrator) fix the security log full problem so the Limited user can use
their account?

Event Viewer/Highlight "Security"/Action Properties/Set accordingly.
