secure sites will not load in IE6.0

Just the last 2 days any attempt to access my secure sites
(bank, travelocity, orbitz, etc.) is met with a "The page
cannot be displayed" message. I tried the "fix its" in
help but still no change! What can I do?

Hi
you need 128-bit security in your IE. to check whether you have 128-bit security or not, click on Help >About Internet Explorer. search for "Cipher strength" and see next to it. it might be 56 or 128. if it is 56-bit, you will see a link next to it. this link will get you to microsoft.com web site from where you can download 128-bit security update
Download it from there and run on your PC. This will update the Cipher strength on your PC and u will be able to browse secure web sites again

If 128-bit security is already there, then you need to enable in Tools>Internet Options>Advanced tab
Under Security option, enable SSL 2.0, TLS
Hope, this will resolve your issue.
