Secure page cannot be displayed

We just installed a SSL certificate on our IIS server, created, and tested
asp scripts for credit card processing on our local machines. The secure site
worked fine locally. However, when we test it from a remote location the
"https://" (w/ "s") pages it gives the page can not be found error in IE. All
the non secure pages work fine remotely.

We are trying to find out if this is an IIS error or a local IE error and
how to solve it.

I also tried Article ID 260096 did not help.
Tried article 290391 and received error "wrong number of Args for set command"
