secruity patch

When i try to install the patch this is what is gives
me, "setup could not verify the integrity of the file
Update.inf. Make sure the Cryptographic service is
running on this computer." i made sure that the
crytographic service is running and it is.

Hey, After two days of fighting with this patch, I
finally found a solution posted on the annoyance.org
windowsxp discussion fourum. This person suggested re-
registering all of the following dlls. Here is the link
if you would like to check it out:

This is the solution that was posted:
Start->Run->cmd
net start cryptsvc (to make sure it's running)
regsvr32 softpub.dll
regsvr32 wintrust.dll
regsvr32 initpki.dll
regsvr32 dssenh.dll
regsvr32 rsaenh.dll
regsvr32 gpkcsp.dll
regsvr32 sccbase.dll
regsvr32 slbcsp.dll
regsvr32 cryptdlg.dll
exit

Reboot and then install the patch.
