Hello
Yes it is enabled in the BIOS and there is a way to enable it in the
registry.
I have done it a long time ago and can not remember which key I changed.
This computer came from an office and was on a domain and is configured with
a cd-rom & harddrive on the primary IDE and the secondary does not show in
the device manager.
