Secondary harddrive vanishes

I resently encountered a Windows fatal exception error on bootup and found I
had lost access to my partioned 200gb secondary hard drive. The shortcuts to
the drive letters are still on mt desktop with a red ? on the icons. When I
try to access either drive, I get a request to format the either drive.
Would anyone know if its possible to re-establish the windows pointers to
each drive, if that's what they're called.

Disconnect and reconnect both the ribbon cable and power cable of the hard
drive while the PC is unplugged from the wall.

Thanks Andrew, but all that is listed is my 80gb main drive and two roms.
I'm going to try Jonny's fix next and post back with info
Thanks again

Hey Jonny, That failed to do anything. I also tried a system restore back
to Sept 19th to no avail. There was a post similar to mine and the
suggestion was to reset the bios thro the jumper or removing the battery.
I'll try this and see what happens.
