Hello all,
I've got two XP pro system partitions on a single hard drive, one on
c:, one on g:. I've never had a problem restoring these two partitions
from images, even if I changed the size of the partition in the
process. So yesterday I again moved some more disk space from c: to g:,
restoring the images with Acronis True Image afterwards.
However, XP won't recognise g: as system partition now. It treats it as
a normal partition. The XP boot manager is not coming up at start up
either.
Any ideas what's going on? Is there a way I can get XP to recognise the
second system partition again? And, possibly, if I have to re-install:
Which partition is likely to be the problem? The system on c: not
recognising the one on g:, or the system on g: not being recognised?
Thanks for any help.
Udo
