SearchMiracle.EliteBar

I've run MS AntiSpyware and removed several adware/spyware
programs. However, even though MS AntiSpyware removes
SearchMiracle.EliteBar, the latter keeps returning and
hijacking my Internet Explorer. Pop-up ads are now
appearing at a tremendous rate.

Is there some way to get MS AntiSpyware to block
SearchMiracle.EliteBar?
