I know how to look for a particular email by using the built in search
features in Outlook. However, I routine store one year's worth of emails in a
PST file. In order to manage this, I need to create multiple folders and
subfolders. I find that I would like to locate a particular folder quickly. I
have been unable to do so and end up looking at all of the folders to find
the one I need. Is there a way to search for folders.
Interestingly (and frustratingly), the Outlook search feature I mention
above will return the folder that the email is located in, but not the
complete folder structure, i.e. if it is buried three levels deep. Thus, you
can't click on the folder name and jump to that folder.
