Searchin Newsgroups Only

I want to do a search to find newsgroups about food. I think there is a
special command to check newsgroups only, but I don't know what it is.

For example:
I want to find any newsgroups that have the words "Corned Beef" in them.
But I don't want to call up any sites or web pages that have recipes on them
because they swamp the output and I have to go picking through them to find
a newsgroup somewhere around 87 places down the list.


Can anyone help??

There's a "GROUPS" tab !!!
