Search Toolbar

My toolbar options now include a toolbar called "Search
Toolbar" which automatically opens (defaulted) each time I
open IE 6.0 I must uncheck to remove. How do you change
this defaut? I do not want this toolbar to open
automatically.

First eliminate any scumware.
