Search Engines Gone..

I've seen several other problems like mine....Does
Microsoft read this page?

When trying to do a search from my address bar I'm getting
a "404" or "page will not display" message.
When trying to go directly to http://search.msn.com/ or
any other search engine, such as http://www.google.com,
a "cPanel" website page with a message at the top
saying: "There is no website configured at this address."
All the while the URL I typed in is in the address bar.

When I click on the "cPanel" logo it goes to:
http://www.cpanel.net/. It seems they're a web host
manager trying to sell some kind of platform support
software. Why it's coming up is beyond me!
