Search Companion Default Changed

Somehow the default was changed on my Search Companion.
I followed the directions to correct this problem, but it
still does not work.

I left clicked on the Search button of the Toolbar, then
I left clicked on the Customize button, but nothing
happened. My search default is now ShopNav and I would
like to get the Search Companion back.
