Search button not working right

I'm using XP pro. IE 6. and MSN explorer McAfee personal firewall and
ViruScan Before getting these program I was having Problems with highjackers adware spyware ect. they have clean everything the problem is if I open IE and click on the search button ShopNav Search open up if I reset web setting and click on search my default search engine (MSN) will come up until I close IE when I open IE again somehow that ShopNav comes up again clicking on customize will only bring ShopNav page. Its site http *.srng.net has been added to the restricted and all link are now blocked. How can I get rid of this program?

Your machine may be/is infected with spyware/malware. Go
get copies of Ad-Aware and Spybot (both free) and run them.
That should clean your machine.

You might want to consider using a different browswer such
as Firefox, Opera, etc. They all have built-in pop-up
blocking so the ads which install this stuff on your system
don't even appear.

Another option might be to get Googles Toolbar which also
has built-in pop-up blocking.

Download all of these utilities and scan the system.

Note: Spyware removers are rules-based and are updated very frequently as and when new malware is discovered. Therefore, update both of these tools before scanning, very important.
