search bar window keeps popping up

while im on a web page an annoying search bar window covers about one third
of the screen.on it r online gambling links how do i stop it from popping up.
ive checked 4 probs with nortons and search and destroy -nothing.most
annoying please help.

I know most others here are partial to freeware, but I wouldn't trade
Spy Sweeper 3.2 for anything. It doesn't merely scan and remove
malware, but rather prevents its installation.

Using Spy Sweeper in concert with Norton Internet Security Pro and some
