SCRRUN.DLL - spyware or OK?

My MS spyware package has flagged scrrun.dll, which looks
like the legit MS script machine, to be in fact a trojan
called specrem. This is in Windows 2000, SP4. The Advanced
Tools file analyzer, however, did not think it looked odd.
Any thoughts? Thanks.
