Scrolling thru records with the wheel

Access 2007
New Dell laptop with Vista Home Premium
Microsoft Bluetooth Notebook Mouse 5000

With WinXP, Access 2003 and an Intellimouse, with my form open, I could use
the wheel to scroll thru the records.

Not working anymore with my Bluetooth mouse.

Any ideas?
