scrolling the windows

i have to reinstall the windows xp home edition on my laptop, ever since i have this problem, the scrolling is jerky and kind of wave feeling, i was trying to figure it out but i could not, could any one please help me out of this

May be a video driver, depends on how you 'reloaded'
