scrolling text

Does anyone know an easy way to make a line of text scroll continously across
the bottom or top of a slide?
Similar to the banners on news programs.

In PowerPoint 2002/XP and above,
Move the text out of the slide, to the right hand side, beside the slide.
In custom animation, click Add effect > Entrance > Fly In.
Change direction to From Left.
Right click on the effect, select timing.
Set the repeat to until end of slide. Ok your way out.
Is that what you want?
