Scrollbar has mind of it's own

Hi All,
Anyone come accross this one before:
I have two XP Pro SP2 machines on my network. (Both Laptops - maybe relevant)
These users are complaining that whenever their app has a scroll bar, the
scroll bar just keeps moving left and right or up and down on it's own. It
doesn't seem to be relevant to any particular app as it happens in third
party, non ms, based software also.

Dunno if there is a fix for this or if anyone else has had a similar
problem? If so, how can it be fixed?

Thanks for your help

check accessibility options in control panel to see if sticky keys or cursor
mouse is enabled?

Thanks Steve,
I already checked the sticky keys but ddidn't check the mouse settings.
Checked now and didn't see anything untoward.
However, I found a common ground with these tow PC's. They are both using
bluetooth devices and when I remove the blootooth dongel from their PC's the
problem stops. Pretty much established that it is a bluetooth problem but not
sure how to fix it just yet. If I find the fix I will post it on this thread
for future reference.

By any chance using a MS optical wheel mouse? Those things do stuff like
that to me all the time. Haven't had trouble with other brands at all.
