Screen upside down!

Maybe someone can sort me out on this one!

A colleague tells me that she accidentally brushed over her keyboard and the
screen image imediately turned upside down. How can she fix this and what
was the possible combination of keys which caused it.?
I have seen this effect before but it was caused by someone altering the
screen resolution settings in the appropriate dialogue box and not by
keystrokes.

Any answers for me please????

NVIDIA control has this option look for it in the control panel or display
properties there may be an icon in the notification area also,

Try Ctrl, Alt, and the up or down arrow. Just like a reboot. That
should flip the screen image over.
