Win XP Pro 2002
Just aquired this laptop (Toshiba Tecra 8100) second user, to find the
screen keeps going blank (black) whilst on mains, with no error warnings, so
I suspect there is a setting somewhere I may need to tweak.?
To recover, I simulate lid close/open, and hey presto!!(no manual yet)
Failing that..... a more serious fault?
Hope I have provided enough info' ? I have not used XP OS before so I am
still finding my way around, there may be an anti-virus prog' on but dont
know where to find it if there is?
