Screen is frozen.

Without turning off the computer, how can the screen be released at the end
of full screen video or slides? Ctrl-Alt-Del is ineffective as the mouse
pointer is inaccessible. The Esc key not operable either. What causes this
to occur?

Hi Zardon

I'm not sure what you are describing here - could you give a little more
detail? Such as version, what happens when you hit Esc, if you are in a
multi-monitor set up, can you escape from some slides not others - the more
you tell us the more likely we are to be able to help :)

When viewing an emailed video or power point clip I sometimes enlarged to the
full screen. When the video or power point clip has ended the full view
remains with no avenue to return to the original email page. The cursor is
not visible and there is no link to return to the email page. The only way
out is to turn off the power to the computer and restart. This doesn't occur
every time, but often.

I don't know what that is. It happens when I view video or pwewr point emails
on full screen. The screen freezes when it's finished and it will not allow
me to return back to the email page. I have to cut the power and restart.
Could this be a media player issue?

So Esc key doesn't work? How about Alt+Tab to return to e-mail programme? I
would also make sure your Windows & Office versions have all the latest
updates installed.
