Screen DT-S1030ai Question

Hello,
I have a Screen DT-S1030ai desktop drum scanner. I recently moved and re-setup my system. When I turn on the drum scanner, it seems to be "stuck"
on INITIALIZING. The LED reads "INITIALIZING" and has for over an hour. This stage usually only takes a minute or 2. Any ideas? Troubleshooting suggestions? Know anywhere I can go (net-wise) or anyone to call for tech support? Any help would be greatly appreciated! TIA,
