Scheduling E-Mails without 3rd party software

I am new to trying anything serious with outlook. Having read something
somewhere that says this can be done I hope someone could step me through it.

Wish: To send off scheduled emails by creating an appointmentas an online
meeting and using the path to the email template and the meeting URL.

I cannot find where I would paste the path as the URL.

Evidently when the appointment reminder fires off it will open the e-mail
template for all those invited to the meeting?

I am grateful in advance for any help offered with this little gem

Thanks Milly, I would still like to know where the "Meeting URL" field is
filled in when scheduling an online meeting.
