Scheduler bug

The scheduler also does not run on the day that it is set
to. I have it set to run on Thursday at 1pm and it runs
on Tuesday instead

I found a bug with scheduling. MSAS is set to scan at
2:00am. If I hit abort it will start again and start
scanning. I waited about a few to ten second to hit abort
say between 2:00:01 to 2:00:10.
