calendar awry

my client sent me a meeting request via the calendar scheduling feature of
outlook 2003. It was set in his outlook calendar for 2pm, but mine was an
hour earlier at 1pm. When it arrived in my inbox it said 1pm. Is he mistaken?
Or is this an issue?

Are your Time Zone and Daylight Savings Time settings correct in both
Windows and in Outlook (Tools|Options|Calendar Options|Time Zone)?
