Scheduled scan

Hi all,

Have Windows XP Prof with Srvc Pck 2 OS. I recently downloaded Spyware
(Beta). I have scheduled auto scan for 2am everyday. Scan isn't performed
at the time scheduled. I have had to manually scan since the download.
Summary report shows when the last scan was which was when it was manually
done. My computer is on 24/7 in standby just prior to any one of the 3
usernames logging in. Thanks.

Hello Johnny,

Please ensure you are doing this under a Administrator accºunt.

The Administrator have to be ,log on in order to perform the schedulled scan.

Hi Engel,

I did schedule the scans as the administrator. Regarding being logged in, I
have set up the log in page with 3 user names. This is the page my computer
is left on after finishing doing business on the computer-all other users
have logged out including myself. Anyway to run the scans while on this page
or should I, being the administrator, be always logged on? I'm asking
because of privacy issues. Other users will always have access to what I do
on the computer if I'm always logged on. Would this be the case also for
receiving any updates from Microsoft? Thanks for the help.

Kept all users logged on and spyware scan went through its scheduled scan.
