Scheduled message send not working consistently

When I schedule an e-mail to be delivered at a later time, sometimes it works
and other times it doesn't. I always check "Do not deliver before," enter a
date and time and then hit send.

Any reason for these problems?

Outlook has to be running unless you are working with an Exchange account as
your default delivery location.

Then you'll need a bit more specific on your configuration as you did not
specify any details.
