scanner and camera wizard

My scanner and camera wizard has suddenly stopped and when
I plug the camera now it goes into removable disc, I
cannot find where it is in the computer. Is there any way
that I can retrieve it?

Hi I had the same problem.Check in your list of

programs,if you have Real Player downloaded that's
probably your trouble.Uninstall Real Player, restart your
computer. The next time you connect to download pictures
the Wizard should pop up.Hope this helps.
