Scan your business card and use it in emails

Problem: you have a picture of your business card in say .jpg or whatever and
now you want to use it in your emails--how do you do it.

Solution: while in your "inbox" select "new" and if you're using Outlook
2007, you'll see under the "Include" ribon section a "Signature" button,
which when clicked will give you a drop down menu. Next, select "Signature"
from that drop down. Next, paste the picture in the "Edit Signature" dialog
box. Push the "OK" button and wa la you've got it.

Caution: your business card may not belong to you but to the printing
company such that if you use it in the above way you may be infringing on a
copy right. Check your printing agreement to see who owns the copy rights to
your business card.

Where have you been for the last 2 versions of Outlook? This is easily
accomplished by customizing your contact with your business card in Outlook
2003 and 2007.

As usual, you have suggested something that has existed in an Office program
for years.
