Scan won't finish

I loaded up the Beta on my brother-in-law's computer
which is severly infected and I can't get the scan to
finish. It never gets past scanning the second file
(registry?) and starts counting up the infections. After
a solid 10 days and 250k+ finds I finally gave up. Any
suggestions before I reload the OS?

I have the same problem except mine won't get

past "zyv5.exe". Did you ever get any suggestions? I've
have asked for help and asked that someone q-mail me at
my address rather than answer on this page. Would
appreciate knowing your results.
