I have tried to remove some unwanted programs. After following the procedures and rebooting my computer windows installer pops up with the message that i need to insert and disk containing the scan file on it??? it then continues and wants the same for AiO software?? please help i'm not a computer wiazard.

AIO stands for "All In One". It's not a specific software, it's just a description for a software or a CD that contains a full collection form a certain company.
