Scaling Report Size

Hi,

Is there any way to set a maximum size for each grouping in a report?

I know in Excel that I can set the scaling to fit one page across. then no
matter how much info is there, it automatically scales it smaller to fit.

Can I do that in Access somehow. I have a students database which lists
their clubs, hobbies, activities, etc. I want to make a report to put each
student on ONE page only. Some students have more info than others.

I want to be able to set ti to automatically scale, so if a kid has lots of
info, it will shrink and still fit on that page.

Any way to do this? A VB script maybe?

Thanks,

John

Maybe Access 2007 (I'm not sure). There is no easy method for doing this in
any earlier version of Access.

You may be able to push the results to Excel and then use the functionality
of printing there.
