Saving printed documents

I ahve a user that prints to one local printer and when
the print is completed the log shows printed and stays.
He does not have the keep printed documents checked. Also
the documents that stay in the log reprint later in the
day. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Do you have antivirus running? Sometimes the AV will be scanning files in
the spooler, blocking the deleting of them.
