Saving ppt as a webpage / mouse action events

I am trying to save a ppt slide pack as a web page but it's not saving all of
the mouse action events. When viewing the pack as a slide show you can see
the mouse over and mouse click events (e.g. highlight when these happen) of
various shapes, but when I save it as a web page these seem to be lost. The
hyperlinks themselves still work, but no mouse action events. Does anyone
know if there is a way to preserve these when saving as a HTML file?

Thanks in advance for any assistance.

PS - I am using ppt 2007, saving as 97-2003 presentation before saving as a
web page.

Care to provide us with a link so we can see? Also, if your saving as an
html file, there is no requirement to save it as a 97-2003 presentation, as
all that is required to view it is your browser program.

There isn't a link unfortunately; these aren't hosted online yet and won't be
until/unless I can get this problem fixed!

It seems that the mouse-over events don't work. Hyperlinks actions do,
although the accompanying mouse-click actions such as changing the shape
don't. None of the mouse-over actions work.
