Saving JPG s

same problem as another .. when i try to save a jpg from
the internet i gut only untitled as the name and bmp. as
the only save option.

think this happened when i installed the sbcyahoo
browser.
Ive since uninstalled it after seeing if i could find a
setting there to change save options but none found.

Any ideas out there?

Empty your cache, in IE, tools, Internet Options, delete files.

Thank You Mary!!! The same problem has made me crazy for
5+ hours: unistalling/re-installing games & camera
software, messing with my ISP settings like this other
poor guy, "system restore" didn't work either! Please try
to get this topic on FAQ's! This was the last place I
looked for help! Next time I'll look here first! Thanks
