Saving Images in Outlook Express

After reading posts from about 60 different people, I know I'm not alone and
I know it's strictly a MicroSoft problem.

Yes, I've looked for days and scoured the MS resources for an answer to
this. Otherwise I wouldn't be bothering to post this.
I'm using Outlook Express Ver. 6 on XP Pro 64 w/ SP2 and all upgrades/updates.

This problem:
Unable to save images in emails, didn't start until "upgrading?" to INTERNET
EXPLORER 7! Read on...

When right clicking on certain images, embedded in emails, and then clicking
on "Save Picture As..." I get a dialog box.
- The Header (Blue bar at top) says:
'Windows Internet Explorer'
- Under that it says:
[Big Yellow Exclamation Cartoon] ! 'The system cannot find the file
specified'
- Beneath that are two buttons:
'OK' and 'Help'

-- Pressing 'OK'; closes the dialog box.

-- Pressing 'Help'; brings up another dialog box:
- The header (Blue bar at top) says:
'Windows Help'
- Under that:
[Cartoon Question Mark] ? 'Cannot find the C:\WINDOWS\system32\mshtml.hlp
file. Do you want to try to find it yourself?
- Beneath that are two Buttons:
'Yes' and 'No'

-- Pressing "Yes"; Lets you hunt for it manually. mshtml.hlp doesn't exist.

-- Pressing "No"; Brings up yet another dialog box that says:
'Cannot find the C:\WINDOWS\system32\mshtml.hlp file. Check to see that
the file exists on your disk. If it doesn't , you need to reinstall it.'
{Oh. An 'OK' button is below that. It closes the dialog. Poof.} Besides,
WHERE would I reinstall it FROM? Was it EVER there?

Golly, this didn't happen until I updated to INTERNET EXPLORER 7! I used to
be able to "Save Picture As..." from ANY and EVERY "picture" in ANY and EVERY
email I that I wanted to... EVERY time I WANTED to. Before IE7.

Again, this only happened immediately after installing IE 7.

What's the fix... besides uninstalling IE 7?

Thank you very much in advance,
MSV
