Saving IE6 addresses

Is there a way to save all my web addresses so that after deleting all
downloaded temporary stuff and history I can restore them to the
IE6 prompt ?
I'm using IE6 SP2 on XP version 5.1.2600.

First, deleting the history and cache will not wipe out your
bookmarks. Second, look for "Export/Import" on the File menu. (I've
got IE7, there it's File|Import and Export, but you have to display
the menu bar).

Thanks Tim, but it only offers the option to save Favorites (which I know
how to do)
and cookies (which I don't want to save). How can I save my bookmarks ?

"Favorites" is IE's term for bookmarks.

Sorry, what I need to save is the list of web addresses that appears in the
'Addresses' drop-down list on firing up IE6
How can I save that before I 'delete all offline content' ?

Open your Windows Explorer > go to C: drive > Documents and Settings >
go to your Account name (not all Users nor default User if you've set a your named account) >
find a "yellow Star" Favorites folder > copy it any where you want.

Tip #1 - You can copy it to another another partition of your hard drive; e.g., D or E:
Tip #2 - Do copy whenever you saved a new websites.
Tip #3 - When PC crushed - just Format your C: drive and install Windows-XP+SP2.
Do reverse Copy of your Favorites (see above).
Tip #4 - You can also save OE folders BUT this is a different trick ;o)

Thanks Rino, but it's NOT my 'Favourites folder' I'm talking about (I know
how to save that!)

Because it gets wiped when you 'delete all off-line content'.
