Saving from web in .bmp only

When I attempt to save a graphic from the web, the
selection bar only allows .bmp format no matter what the
graphic actually is (.jpg, .tif) How do I retrieve the
selection choices?

Hi

Try emptying your TIF folder. With IE open, go to Tools>Internet Options
and click on 'Delete Files...'.

It's time to perform some Spring Cleaning:

Go to Start > Run and type: CLEANMGR.EXE , and hit enter.
This will start your disk cleanup utility. Make sure to cleanup
your Temporary Internet Files.
