saving and viewing pics

I had my computer serviced and now when I try to click and save pictures from
the web and view them it will say no preview available. Can anyone tell me
what I'm doing wrong and how can I fix this.

I had that problem when trying to view photos saved to My Pictures in XP from
Outlook Express. I accidentally right-clicked and clicked on view using
Outlook Express. The photo then appeared. You can also choose WinXP Photo
Printing
Wizard or browse to choose your image program. I learned all that from John
Inzer. Thanks, John.
